Our Safety Rules and Procedures are top priority!  RidgeRunner Ziplines was built to meet ACCT and PRCA standards. We inspect our course each morning to insure the safety of the zipline cables and platforms.  Additionally our course has an extensive inspection weekly, monthly and annually as part of our ongoing commitment to safety.

All equipmentis inspected before and after each use, to ensure that all participants are safe to zip.  Only equipment provided By RidgeRunner Ziplines is allowed on our course.  No Personal Equipment will be allowed.

Two Guides will go out with each tour group.

Each rider is provided with a harness, helmet, leather gloves, safety lines, carabiners and trolley. Riders will be connected at all times with a safety line, while on canopy tour.

Only Guides are allowed to move Trolleys and safety lines between zip cables and belay points. Rider is connected to the cable at two points; the trolley and also safety lines.

All Riders will receive training prior to beginning the zipline tour. Instructions cover how to safely ride cable, braking and self rescue techniques. Participants are required to strictly adhere to all ziplining rules and to listen to their guides to ensure safety.

All riders must be healthy and moderately fit; Able stop using hand braking technique as instructed, make self rescue if stopping short of a platform and/ or hike short distances on mountain trail. Pregnant women, guests with existing injuries and/or seizure disorders are prohibited. Guests with current or re-occurring medical conditions that may interfere with the participant's safety should not take this tour.

Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are required. NO FLIP FLOPS are allowed!! Pants or long shorts are recommended. Please tie back long hair and no loose jewelry.

Weight Restrictions: 70-250lb weight limit. If you have any concerns or questions about our weight restrictions, please contact us. Children must be at least 10 yrs old 70lbs. All minors must have waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Completion of a waiver/release form is required. Relatives other than the actual parents or legal guardians cannot sign the waiver for a minor by law.  download waiver
